We work closely with the area’s skilled trades to staff our jobsites with professional millwrights, pipefitters, and boilermakers. Being a professional in one of these crafts means you will be trained to become a total professional — someone who is not only a technical expert in your field, but also someone who has heightened abilities in communication, problem-solving, and leadership.
Millwrights construct, install and maintain complex machinery containing moving, interconnected parts. Millwrights are precision craftsmen who also diagnose, upgrade and/or repair intricate machinery to ensure the equipment operates in perfect working order, which keeps productivity levels high.
Pipefitters install, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair mechanical piping systems. Skills range from fabricating piping and materials to assembling systems and ensuring they’re running effectively. Work may center on heating and cooling equipment and piping, gas distribution piping, underground utility distribution systems, and more.
Boilermakers construct and repair equipment in industries such electric power plants, refineries, and steel mills. Boilermakers also forge tools for industry use. Work is frequently done at great heights or confined spaces, often using core skills such as welding, rigging, and fabrication.
